Taoist Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an exercise that uses gently movements and stretches to safely work out every part of your body. It is gentle enough for all ages and physical abilities to do, and also can be rigorous enough for even the most sporty types. Tai Chi helps with balance, strength, and peace of mind. If you are looking for a great activity to help in your exercise routine, try Tai Chi with us on Thursday mornings at 10:00am in the Community Hall. Classes are just $4 each.
