Isaiah 60:1-17, Galatians 3:27-29

The third in a four part series on Patriotism.

Canada has been refferred to as two solitudes in our English speaking and French speaking citizens.  That damaged relationship is something we need to work on for sure, but what about our third solitude? Canada might have been created by English and French settlers, but this was a country for its inhabitants long before that. Our First Nations brothers and sisters have just as much, if not more reason, to feel a separate and damaged relationship to the rest of Canada's citizens. So what is our goal? What can we strive for to help heal these damaged connections?
Isaiah's dream that all nations could come together not out of conquest or self interest, but for a shared desire for shalom is definitely a place to start.
